BFS Credit Services The company said they would repair me and my husbands credit and took our money Fernandina Beach, Florida

I am writing because I have contacted this company in regards to helping repair me and my husbands credit.  The representative took me and my husbands personal information.  At that time everything sounded legit so I went ahead and signed up.  The initial processing fee I had to pay at the time of setup was 290.00 for both me and my husband, then the monthly maintenance fees would be a total of $50.00 per month for 6-8 months. I was advised that it would take 45-60 days to receive our credit reports in the mail and once we received it we would need to make a copy of it and mail them the originals. I believe we signed up on 2/21/2012.  More then 60 days went by so I cantacted the company and asked why have I not received any correspondence from the credit bureaus.  The lady at the time I believe her name was Nicole advised me that our file is still being worked on and that we should be receiving the reports shortly.  So I just waited maybe another week and called the company back.  I advised the lady that I still did not receive anything.  She looked at the account and said that they have been waiting on additional information before the credit bureau was able to send out the reports.  The lady said that we needed to send her a copy of our ids, social security cards and a bill.  I later that day faxed and emailed our infomation to two separate people there at that company.  Just recently I tried to call to change the credit card number and for some reason their phones was not working.  There was a message saying that their phone lines were done and that it would take 72 hours for it come back up.  I didn't think anything until I tried calling yesterday and I just a busy or dial tone sound.  Thats where I had a hunch that something didn't seem right.  So I did some research on the company and thats where I ended up here on Ripoff Report.  I'm really upset that there are people that does these scams and fraudulent activities on people like me.  I already didn't have the money but we really needed to repair our credit and this is what happens.  I hope we can bring these people to justice and I just want my money back that I had to pay into this.
