if you think you have won u are wrong they send u this letter in hopes u will cash it right away with your bank. well i have news for you i called the bank and i have called the company and they want u to cash it but if u do it will bounce its a fake. so i called the bank and i took it up to the police office and turns out they have been looking for these scam artist for about 2 years the bad part is that they are getting older peoples money so i urge everyone if u have a loved one please don't let them do this IT IS A SCAM!!!!! AGAIN ITS A CHECK FOR 3,900 FOR TAXES DON'T DO IT PLEASE!!!! U DIDN'T WIN 39,0000 OR EVEN 3,900!!!IN THESE DIFFICULT TIMES YOU THINK U WON SOMETHING BUT NO U HAVEN'T!!!!
