I have been harassed by Bharti Airtel to pay unnecessary bill which I had not used around 5000 INR. I have asked them to disconnect my service but they didn’t they keep sending me the bill. When I got bill of around 3000 then I again called there senior authority person then they said ok pay the 1500 I will terminate the connection. Same time asked can you send me the confirmation by SMS or Emil then they sent me cancellation number and I paid the amount. But again after a month I got bill of 4000. I called them again they told this cancellation no does not exist you have to pay 5000 rupees else we will drag you to court. Again I approached some consumer forum websites. Nothing happened they said they are not revering back. I was been harassed by them for 8 months.
Please do the needful.
