BHClub Marketting V-Getaway A total Scam company! Laredo, Charlotte or Mexico who knows! Internet

We were approached in Playa del Carmen, Mexico last November and had a sales pitch that obviously we couldn't refuse and but should have.  We are desperate to get the money back and yes we paid them $14,216.00 USD that we could NOT afford.  I have written, talked to and banged my head on the wall to no avail, they don't care and I don't know what to do to get our money back.  How do we stop these companies from committing fraud which is against the law, somebody should be able to help??   We didn't just use one credit card, we used Visa, Master Card and Line of Credit which technically is a Visa.  

The second page of our contract, they added later on (after I kept going back to them) "Comments:Title search and title transfer to be completed within 60 days.  If title transfer cannot be completed within 60 days, then Vacation Getaway will purchase the program back for the total purchase price of $14,216.00 USD" 

Obviously I asked for this several times and got nowhere.

I am prepared to give you  a copy of all documentation in a pdf but the only options for upload were photos or videos.
