BIANCO PROPERTIES FRAUD Saint LOUIS Missouri

This company leases comerical property.  They are very high in price so those who lease from them have a few options to cut cost.  One is they take care of all issue that may come up with repairs.  The biggiest repair is the lights that can cost over a thousands of dollars for a medium size store.  So I bet many lease holders would be surpriesed that one of current lease holders who is to take care of all his own repairs, was given several thousands of free dollors in supplies to his store, and was installed for him by Bianco Employees, because he is liked.  Not because of his signed lease that many others pay extra thousands a month for. 

Now I do have proof as a paper trail along with recorded converstaiond from the store owner talking about all the work that was done.  It did happen!  Bianco Properties Management Mike Modarelli & Lisa Sanders are 100% liars.  They will lie straight to your face, but they are morons and don't seem to talk ahead of time about there own lies.  I filed a law suit against them last year and won.  The judge caught them being liars.  I wish the judge would charge them for perjury, but they got off lucky.   Do not trust this office.
