Bid Fuel/Bid Tools took $39.95 from my VISA card for the months of March and April of 2008 and will not refund us after repeated efforts on our part Internet

We have been trying to get our money back to our credit card since April 2008. We have called Bid Fuel/Bid Tools repeatedly every month if not more often, and they tell us to send faxes to prove that our VISA was charged $39.95 in March and in April. We sent 4 to 5 faxes with no satisfaction.

Today, my wife spoke with a supervisior "Sheila" who directed us to the "corporate office". She spoke with "Leoni" who said that she was the supervisor and owned the company, and there was no one higher up than her. She said that they could not give us back our money because it had been too long, even though she has record of me calling in June and July. She said there was nothing in the notes to say that we wanted our money back.

Leoni said if they did try to send money to the bank, that the bank would not accept it. My wife informed her that we would accept a check because we had to pay for it. She said it couldn't be done because it had been too long.

I (wife) told her that since she had record of it being in June and July where we called, then she is admitting that we did try, and we couldn't help it if the staff did not keep good records. Leoni said if we had told them in April, May, June, July even to September, they could have reimbursed them. Her explanations did not coincide since she did admit to having records of us calling. I asked her why we would call for any other reason but to get our money back.

We did notify the credit card company who credited us with one of the $39.95 charges in October 2008. They said the payment came from the VISA company but not from Bid Fuel. We still have not received one of our $39.95 drafts. VISA accredited us only one month because too much time had lapsed before we notified them. We waited because we believed each month that Bid Fuel would return our money in "one or two billing cycles" as they would tell us.

We did not order this service, and therefore would appreciate justice being served where it is due. This is an act of fraud with Bid Fuel. Leoni said they did not own the company until July 2008, and she did not know who the previous owners were.
