Bid4Prizes.com Fraudulent charges to my cell phone bill. Internet Nationwide

This is the third time in the last two years that Bid4Prizes.com has made fraudulent charges to my cell phone bill. My cell phone company tells me that if I respond to Bid4Prizes.com when they text me, then I will get billed for a monthly charge of $9.99. I have A detailed bill that shows this company texted me and I didn't text them, but they still billed me.

When I call CellularONE about this problem they will put a stop on the 2nd months bill, but I always get charged for the 1st month. I am also suppose to text this company with the words "STOP" to get them to cancell my monthly charges. When I text them my message it doesn't get received. Does that suprise anyone? And when you call there number you can't get thru to anyone.

Cell phone companies say this is an ongoing problem. Bid4Prizes.com must be making billions of dollars if all they need is a cell phone number to make unathorized chages to. Is there any agency out there willing to shut this scam down?
