BidBag, Peepchick Corporation ripoff dishonest verbally abusive Brooklyn New York

My recent experience with this company was a total nightmare. 1st of all I received a defective Coach Scribble Hobo Bag. The material was like a disposal diaper when the description was to be a canvas material. 2nd, I recevied the wrong bag and the bidbag sales team would not admit the mistake and was effortless to help resolve the problem.

I also was verbally abused and sexually harrassed by a customer service rep on the bidbag team. For example he stated he was going to pick up his computer monitor and throw it across the room. He told me to stay the EF out of his world or he would bust a cap and told me I was annoying. He called me an idiot, annoying, told me to Jack myself, to commit suicide, things that are totally inappropriate. He also stated you know what you can suck up-come here I will show you- it is old and wrinkly but heck it still works-that was not called for.

The lack of customer service is horrendous and this company should no longer be in business.
