on other sites like CNNmoney. We think their scam is MUCH bigger than first thought. The central hub for ALL of their HUNDREDS of websites is UTAH. The addresses all over the place are just diversions. (all are rented mailbox "suites") It will take more time, and they recently made a mistake that will trip them up. Most of their sites are cookie cutter copies of their other sites, and all lead to just 2 merchant bank accounts. They just substitute a different "product". Kaleb Pierce and Jenny Pierce from Utah own HUNDREDS of scam negative-option recurring credit card charge sites falsely claiming to provide you tools to make over $5,000 a month at home putting links on google. Kaleb Pierce and Jenny Pierce now use "private registration" to hide their ownership when you look up their other websites in the whois. It's not foolproof, as we use three different sites that archive ALL whois records from the day they registered the names! They
are still actively setting up scam sites, and we are actively following their many trails. We have collected gigabytes in screen shots, whois records, mailbox rental agreements, and we are working on linking their merchant accounts to his banks with the money trail as
evidence, as well as actual surveillance video of the activity at some of their many mailbox rentals. All collected data will be submitted to law enforcement.


1. HERE IS HOW THEIR SCAM WORKS:

While there is mounting evidence linking Kaleb Pierce and Jenny Pierce to a wide range of scams; They continue their operations under the disguise of diet sites, wholesale store sites, open your own pet store sites, ebay auction secret sites, google money sites, acai berry supplement sites, and the list keeps growing! $1.97 free trial. (but you must cancel within 7 days or they hit your credit card with an endless monthly charge of $72.69) plus, un-disclosed up front to you, they "automatically" signed you up for 2 more "free trials" that would have to be canceled within 14 days and another in 21 days. In addition to the $72.69, you'll also be charged $39.95 and $49.95 monthly for these 2 hidden free trials unless canceled! of course these 2 hidden and un-disclosed free trials are buried in the fine print of their terms of service. If they were legit, they would disclose ALL 3 offers upfront in clear easy to read text right on the order page, not hidden in their terms of service.

Here is the icing on their cake: your credit card info is stored AND SHARED with their other sites! She operates her baby sites like uddercovers and milkbands through her websites and on various reseller websites,
and of course her "honest family business" was and is currently funded by all of the hundreds of "gotcha" scam sites with thousands of dollars a week in recurring credit card charges that 99% of their customers didn't know about or agree to. If you are patient enough to
discover all of the hidden charges and their so called rules to avoid those charges, as stated in their terms of service--and you call to cancel, either the phone number is a bad number, or it's a busy signal, or you get through but they don't honor your request to cancel
anyway! This type of business practice is illegal, and their rented offshore mailbox address will not protect them. This operation originated in Utah, and is currently still in operation there. Information just provided to us suggest that their activity also involves a Florida connection, and we are following that trail to see who it leads to.

2. HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Find your credit card statements that have the charges from BIDFUEL or one of their other company names. Next to the charge amount you'll see the name of the service and a phone number, usually an 800 number. The number is just a rented answering service, so don't waste your time calling it.

COPY DOWN THE LETTERS AND NUMBERS THAT APPEAR ON YOUR STATEMENT NEXT TO EACH UNAUTHORIZED BIDFUEL OR RELATED CHARGE. POST IT ON THIS WEBSITE IN RESPONSE TO THIS POSTING.

3. HERE IS HOW WE WILL CATCH THEM:

We will be able to trace it to their credit card processor, who in turn must credit the charges to a merchant account held at a bank. We will then find out the owner of the bank account and where the funds are being wired to. They cannot erase this money trail. This
