BidMacs penny auctions Took my money, and did not stand by refund claims Internet

In November of 2010 I bought $150.00 worth of credits from Bid Macs for their penny auction site.  I made my purchase and then proceeded to check out the web site.  

I tried it for a few days and did not like what I saw, so I decided to request a refund as listed on their Terms & Conditions for unused funds.  I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days.

I checked back 15 days later because I never received my refund and could not get anyone to talk or even respond.

My bank issued me an immediate refund and told me they would investigate it, but later reversed the refund and said they didn't have enough evidence that fraud had taken place.  I am not sure what they actually did or what they found on Bid Macs. 

I've tried locating the site to see if my account was active and the balance but can never locate them on the Internet. 

Note to all, beware of penny auctions.
