Bidslammer Company requires you to put down a minimun amount of money and then steals it from you if you don't act fast enough. Internet

I Paypaled this company a set amount of money to make Ebay bids for me when I'm unavailable.  I didn't need the service very often, but was required to deposit a certain amount of money minimum.  Given that I don't bid that often, I used it sporadically.  At a certain point, they said my time was up and they essentially stole my left over money.

 I discovered this some time later and eventually got around to contacting them.  They said I hadn't used the money fast enough so it was forfeit.  They never offered to work it out an when I became irate, they said that if I had been nicer perhaps they could have helped.  Terrible customer service and they are thieves.

It wasn't even that much money, but the fact that they take it and then give you bad customer service in dealing with them and then penalize you if this upsets you is insulting.
