Bidz I ordered a egg music box it came with missing jewels they will not replace it and want to charge 15% restocking fee Culver City California

I bid on an egg music box and it came in with missing jewels I called up and they will not replace it they wanted me to send it back but charge me a 15%re-stocking fee !!!! It's not worth sending it back between the stocking fee and shipping...even though it states if the item is not as promised there would be no problems.
Granted I did order other things which came in fine others were not as displayed..It is rediculous to pay 10.95 shipping on a dollar item. Plus the 3.00 per each individual item after that so you bid on more than one item to make it worth while .Now it says these items can be found at Zales and of all places Wal-mart( there was another but I am unable to remember it) so we are all getting walmart jewlery with bogus jem reports and price comparisons.
