I haven't been refunded and my emails are no longer being replied to. Not to mention that they have no working phone number available.
The ring I returned was a half carat diamond solitaire set in white gold.
The massive amount of visible flaws is why I returned the over $700 ring.
I would at least expect the option of keeping the ring if they have no intention of issuing a refund.
Buyer Beware!!! This company obviously has no concern for the regular buyer. I, like many people don't have that kind of money to just flush down the toilet. It was a replacement for my lost wedding ring and now I am left with no ring and out hundreds of dollars.
This is a copy of my latest email to them.
Hi there...
I returned this ring via priority mail ... it was sent on the 7th of April
and was received at your facility on Wed the 9th of April. Can you please
tell me the status of this return and why it is not showing up in my
refunds section of my account on Bidz.com. It should have been returned to
the paypal account with ----------------@yahoo.com
Can someone please tell me why my refund was not given.
If anything can you please send back the item that I payed over $700 for so
that I can try to sell it on my own?
This has been almost 2 months.

I just received a reply from bidz.com letting me know that a refund was issued.
It took quite a long time... but I am thankful that they returned the full amount less shipping.
