Customer service uninformed about special promotions. Give out false information that they even verify with their supervisors. December 13th 2012 free give away of a $75 valued item, never sent out. Sent numerous emails stating this. Told would be sent out following week, never sent.

Finally told according to their records it was sent out, no free item sent. No more help from customer service. Beware of Virginia she basically tells you one thing and does another. Very very unreliable and goes back on word. She is the one who told me it would be sent out following week on December 21st 2012 in an email. Also told actual value of item ( their retail price) $38, can purchase for $6 to $8 from them on buy now option!

Retail prices highly exaggerated, false, can be purchased elsewhere for 85 to 90% off their retail price, Ebay for example!   Jan 18th 2013 $25 off promotion first told applied to all purchases $25 and over. Tried using coupon contacted customer service told only applied to special category, explained purchased several items under the assumption offer applied to all purchases. Told it would be noted and I would not be penalized for not buying these items because of misinformation. Bid on item and won in special category but could not use coupon unless I purchased the items that I was told I would not be held accountable for buying!

Customer service no communication between representatives, told something different each time I inquired about problems. Constantly being told someone will get back to you and no one does. Not worth the hassle, frustration, and time to deal with when you are not getting the great savings they advertise. Many times bids are higher than buy now purchase price!
