Note: Just be aware, many positive remarks about bidz.com you find around the net are fake, they are posted by Bidz own staff or agents. So even that is a scam.

Now, to the business at hand...The preponderance of evidence against this company is reaching vast proportions and yet, here they are still doing business. It is clear to me, that if these people were operating inside the borders of my country, it's directors would already be in jail. Our consumer protection laws are very robust and many of the scams bidz is involved in, run in the category where police organisations would take interest.

Now this word preponderance is an important one, in the legal sense meaning the level of evidence and complaint is so great, it cannot be ignored. It surprises me, American commerce authorities and law enforcement agencies seem so slow in moving to crush this company. [continued below]....
..... Well it's time to make sure the various agencies are well informed about these bidz.com fraudsters. And directly responsible is bidz company directors, shady Russians with known criminal associations, they belong behind bars. Though I am nervous given the enormous internet advertising campaign of late, whether this represents an effort to collect huge revenues before the directors do a runner. It really would not surprise me, not one little bit.

Thing is, complaints here are valuable in informing people about the unscrupulous dealings of Bidz.com but best thing we can all do, is start making complaints to the relevant authorities and by flooding the directors of bidz email boxes.

Complaints can be made to...

Culver City Police. http://www.culvercitypolice.com. They are located at 4040 Duquesne Avenue, Culver City, and their phone number is. (310) 837-1221
The FBI, IC3. https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx
Federal Trade Commission. http://www.ftc.gov/
Better Business Bureau. http://www.bbb.org/us/
Securities and Exchange Commission. http://www.sec.gov/
US Department of Commerce. http://www.commerce.gov
And anyone else you might think of. I have! Whether you are an American customer or from somewhere else does not matter, this is an American registered company, the crimes are being committed in the US, make complaints, write to or call the Culver City police in the first instance! Then the FBI and then the various commerce watch dog agencies.

Bidz directors email addresses are...

CEO / David Zinberg. david@bidz.com
President / CTO / Leon Kuperman. lkuperman@bidz.com
CFO / Lawrence Kong. lawrence@bidz.com
COO / Claudia Liu. claudia@bidz.com
CCO / Larry Russell. larry@bidz.com
Vice President / Executive Secretary / Marina Zinberg. marina@bidz.com
Auctions Manager / Vilius Zukauskas. vilius@bidz.com
Don't bother with customer services, now there's a contradiction in terms! Go directly to the top people and flood their email boxes.

Don't forget, when approaching the authorities, where you can, provide any evidence you have. Emails, photographs, copies of bidz web site pages, anything that might be relevant. Join me in a campaign to bring these fraudsters down, it is time we did.

And just a little foot note on bidz advertising through google adwords. Make complaints there as well, it seems google will take money from anyone just to make a buck.

Go get em folks!

And I hope you all have a very merry Christmas.

Dear Customer,

We would like to apologize for the misunderstanding and thank you for your feedback about your order. There was a human error made in our department that enters descriptions of our inventory into our auction system. Instead of made in Italy, your item was supposed to say made in China. I can assure you that the product is from the Italian company Morellato, which manufactures items both in Italy and China. However, your item was manufactured in China by Morellatos Chinese factories. We sincerely apologize one more time and would like to hear from you regarding this post or any other concerns at improvements@bidz.com.

Bidz.com Consumer Worst nightmare

It is great that you posted the agencies that need to be contacted in reference to the fraud and the continued consumer crimes being perpetrated for many years and it appears being ignored by the agencies that are assigned to protect consumers from the business practices being done on a large scale by Bidz.com

You seem to be up on this and I sent complaints to 3 of the agencies listed. Will complete complaints today.

Do you have information on the process to get a "Class Action Suit" against Bidz.com?  Please
include me in any group, complaints process (any legal action) that is in defense of consumers and to close the doors to this Business; online/any form.

We,the consumer, need to unite and use the legal process to seek compensation and to hold
Bidz.com accountable for thier crimes.

If only I had have known about this site before dealing with Bidz.com...

I have had a number of issues when dealing with Bidz.com. Some items that I purchased were not as described. When I placed a return order, I was told that I would receive payment via the same method as how I paid - international money order.

Well, I received a check (cheque) where the restocking fee had been charged. So, back to Bidz.com. Then, I received a further check (cheque) where the restocking fee was reinstated. I live in Australia. The company where I banked was going to charge me AUD 15 for each of these refund checks.

I have not banked either of the above. Furthermore, the other items that were not as described are still in my possession because I am concerned that I will receive a further check/checks when I return them.

Just so you know, I did issue an e-mail regarding some of the above issues. The person who received it called me last year. I was advised, in part, that due to the timeframe, that I would receive a check only. This representative did not ask me if there was another method that I would prefer to receive a refund. Such as, via a credit/debit card. Also, this representative advised me that Bidz.com only refunds via check. This person also claimed to not have received my original e-mail direct to him.

So, that same day, I resent the original e-mail. It reached his e-mail address and he responded. I forwarded another e-mail to him in response.

Another issue: I requested unsubscribe from receiving Bidz.com e-mails. Despite this request, the unsubscribing only happened after I got onto Bidz.com's website and issued an e-mail advising that I will be taking this matter to Better Business Bureau.

So, some issues that I have are: certain itemsthat I purchased from Bidz.com not as described, an inconsistency regarding how I would receive a refund, and, not unsubscribing me when I originally requested for this to happen. Additionally, being advised by one of Bidz.com's representatives that a check is the sole method of this company issuing refunds.

Soon, there will be my complaint to deal with!
