Big Boy Motors / Todd Deratany TODD IS A DEVIL IN DISGUISE, THREAT HIS CUSTOMER THEN HIDE BEHIND HIS BIG BODYGUARDS. West Melbourne Florida

 Despite my updated even advanced payment, Bigboy Motors owner Todd threatened to reposses my truck because I asked him to adjust/move my payment due dates as they kept the truck for half month replacing the faulty transmission and never provided me with a loaner vehicle that I can use daily to work. I paid for half month without a vehicle. Paid off the loan in a year time but after 2 1/2 years later, found out from the DMV that I still have a lien on my truck and the title they mailed me was just a copy and not the real title.

 I went to my bank and open a case to retrieve all the payment checks I issued to Bigboy Motors and found out I accidentally issued 13 payments (2x in July) instead of just 12. Again, I went back to the dealership, handed them the documents from the bank showing they have encashed 13 checks as stamped by their own bank. Asked Todd for a refund but instead threatened me to sue him and ordered his 6 footer 300lbs bodyguard to send me out of their lot. Why would he hire several big guys in his dealership if he is not guilty from his wrong doings.

 Let all this ripoff reports by consumers here that were victimized by TODD DERATANY for his greediness and unfair business practice serve as a warning to all you guys who are looking to buy used car/truck from this dealership in Melbourne,FL.

 I wouldn't mind not getting my refund if that will be his booking fee for his eternal damnation in HELL. I just felt sorry for his assistants as they too could end up with him in HELL.
