Big Boys Moving and Storage BEWARE - DO NOT USE - WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR MOVE AND WILL OVER CHARGE PALM HARBOR Florida

I contacted Big Boys moving for a move from Wesley Chapel Florida to Tampa Florida at the close of my house. I was told that if I cancelled I would be charged 100.00 cancellation fee unless I rescheduled.  My move was originally scheduled for 9-19-15 but there was a delay of closing so I rescheduled my move to 9-23-15.  I was charged 250.00 unbenounced to me for rescheduling.  Also, They were scheduled to arrive between 1-3 and did not show up until 6:15.  They did not pack to be able to get all of my belongings on the truck and just left with half my stuff still in the house. 

I had to call someone to come and get the rest.  They did not finish unloading until 10:30 that night and did not even put a single bed together. I am a single female and had to sleep on the couch for two nights until I could get someone to move my furniture and put my beds together. I have tried reaching Big Boys for over a week to get the 250.00 charge removed and I keep getting the same answer. They say they are reviewing my records and will call me back. I have not received one call back from them.  Please do not use them and tell everyone you know not to use them.  They will not complete your job and they will RIP YOU OFF!!!
