Big Chris Auto Repair owner Chris voilated the entire ATCP 132. I was approached by Chris after an auto collision 10/01//2013. I was injured with a fractured eye and concussion. Chris handed me a document to sign stating it was merely giving him permission to contact insurance companies on my behalf only. I made several telephone calls to his shop to no avail.After months had passed and it was clear the insurance companies weren't going to pay for the damages I contacted Chris to negotiate repair costs only to learn he repaired without contacting me.Chris states I owe him $3000. I didn't authorize any repairss nor have I seen any itemized invoice. Chris also refused to return my vehicle. He state's its his car now. He had me sign a document without giving me a copy has promised. Several wittnesses are aware of this event. menomonee falls Wisconsin

on October 1st 2013 I was involved in an auto collision.I sustained an eye injury and a head concussion. When I return home with the wrecked vehicle a man by the name of Chris approached me with his business card. Chris stated that he was a professional auto repair detailerand specializes in these types of situations such as  collisions and autobody repair ,he was also a professional in handling communications with insurance companies and he would be happy to help me.Chris happened to be a friend of my sisters friend and he says that Chris was a trustworthy business person and that would be okay for chris to do the communications with the insurance company for possible payment of repairs for my vehicle.Being as though he seemed to be trustworthy, and someone a friend of the family I allowed chris to take the vehicle to his  shop to make an assessment and contact the insurance company.

Week after week after the accident I tried to contact chris via telephone every week he stated I'm waiting for the insurance companies to get back with me don't worry everything will be fine. After several months have passed I contacted chris again by now the insurance companies clearly stated they were not going to pay for the repairs and was time now for me to do some negotiating and price comparisons between Chris and other companies that have contacted me.on January 25th I spoke with Chris ,Chris stated that he fixed my vehicle without my authorization he basically violated every ATC P 132 .0 3 rule I never saw an invoice, I was never contacted about the vehicle the car ,nor did I give him authority to repair it.I asked chris how much would it cost for the repair he said $3000 if you give me 1500 dollars now you can have it but I know you're a broke b**** you don't have any money therefore this card is now mine you can't get it back.

I am not only writing this ripoff report , I am contacting the state about this thief also. My car is brand new before the accident its a 2013 Chrysler basically this auto shop is trying to blackball me into stealing my car I will be contacting the State of Wisconsin also..and as many  people I possibly can  I would never ever do business or recommend this person to do business with he's not honest. Don't trust this person without contacting an attorney.
