This Jerk... will go to Labor Ready a temp agency and ask you if you want to work. Which that in itself is unprofessional. Then, he asks you outside if you want to do asphalt work for $10 an hour and take you to the job site for 10 hours without your own car. Promsies daily pay.
3 weeks later you will find yourself hunting this creep down. Not wanting to pay with every excuse in the book.
You have already laid the asphalt, busted your rear doing it for 10 hours, ruin a new pair of steel toe boots, told how great you are and how fast you are... then not paid!
This CREEEEEP get the word out and DONT HIRE HIM!!!! DONT WORK FOR HIM!!!
He gives out business cards that have an address of pacific junction, IA. His company is really out of Barlett, IA.
He is the worst business person there is!!!!!!!

There is WITNESSES and whoops I was one of them! I saw these people walk in Labor Ready and do this and I am well aware of their reputation to not pay you... say they will pay 10.00 an hr and then only pays you for the hours he wants to not the actual hours you work. You have to drive down to PJ and hunt him down after numerous phone calls.
CREEEP is a compliment to him!
Karma is nothing you play with his is coming!!! Lie to yourself thats the only person who will believe your lies!!! THIS IS FAR FROM A HOAX!!!
When a person works for you hard for a full day and you play games with paying. That is SCUM in my book. WORK ETHICS??? Get real dirtbag... you are the one that did not pay properly as agreed. Get over it.

Big City Construction has a good reputation for doing quality work for Companies and homeowners alike, and have references to prove it. Our Company is located in Pacific Junction, Iowa with machinery repaired in Bartlett, Iowa.
Never has an employee not been paid. Like most Companies our employees are paid on a weekly basis. This complaint is a hoax and could have been from a person who was hoping to be hired but was turned down because of no transportation and/or poor work ethics. It is a shame that anyone can complain and make a Good Company look bad on this website with no proof what-so-ever.
