 After being approached by the CEO who goes by John Ellison who handed me his business card i called eventually, went on an interview and was hired for what was said to going to amount to be around an $800 biweekly check.  Realistically i only one time, although having had worked way over 80 hours in those two pay period weeks, could recieve an intentionally unsigned check of only half of eight hundred in which is well under minimum wage.  All other bi weekly checks got smaller although the income got greater for the business as a whole until the man was crying broke while still spending big (including my checks.)  He kept asking for patience and understanding in getting me the checks owed that was going to pay off and be worth it.  In the meantime the entire community kept approaching to say that he used and abused all of them and their time didnt actually pay up.  He owed all of them.  For two months straight there was no check that he would issue as i still worked long and hard hours basically around the clock.  Four paychecks is what i am owed but in reality it is the atleast legal minimum wage that was not there either.  I did not recieve  at all or was not allowed to collect any tips. 

An attoryney that I met had called him shortly after my employment there had ended.  The CEO and one said to have been his daughter, (whom was herassing me,) they was both on the my phone line with the attorney where the said to be daughter of the ceo was insisting that he should just hang up and he in the meanwhile was denying that i was ever there at all nonethelss.  So its wasnt just that i didnt get paid the last four biweekly checks but that  I just was never there to have been employed everyday for all of those long six months.
