The man in this complaint about Big Dawg Fencing is obviously not American and obviously not a veteran as he said he is. If so then he wouldn't say Palm Harbour, he'd know that it's Palm Harbor he used the British spelling for license, licence. And his english grammar isn't that good either. I'd say it's probably some Nigerian or foreign scammer trying to ruin this company's reputation. Sorry there "disabled vet" but if you're going to rip on somebody at least make sure you try to write it like an American would.  I have heard of nothing but good things about Big Dog Fencing and it is too bad that they can't launch a lawsuit against you for malicious defamation of character.

There are many distributors with a wide variety of fence too choose from. Material cost is the client's responsibility. Returning or exchanging materials is the last thing anyone wants. Choosing the proper material can be done by more than one party and is always the client's responsibiltity to choose wisely.

Instead off fighting fire with fire and spamming false ripoff reports about competitors let's take a better approach and clearly repeat what is stated already in writing, including a lifetime warranty on metal and vinyl fencing along with a customer SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and last but not least, list consumer testimonials for good measure. Big Dawg Fence clearly states their material is industry leading and comes direct from a very reputable distributor. Metal and vinyl fence come installed with a lifetime warranty regardless of natural occurances such as storms and deterioration too!  

 Big Dawg Fence does not require any upfront deposit aside from material cost which the consumer is encouraged to custom order right from the distributer before the job is started. The installation is also prompt and professionally done with proper equipment, licenceing and bonded by a legitimate company with credentials like being a member of the BBB, trade commission and Angie's List.

If there are any legitimate complaints then please contact Vince 24/7 and merely ask for any means of compensation or your money refunded. After 27 yers of fence installation, BigDawg Fence has never been sued or supoenaed in any shape or form. These posts are all from local competitors or maybe even a disgruntled employee. Vince has no recollection whatsoever of any occurances posted in these threads.

I have stated many times, why would you or anyone else give some money to a person that you do not know, prior to the work being performed. I own a fence company in Georgia, Lawrenceville Fence Company, and I have never asked for a dime up front nor will I accept it when it is offered. When you conduct business with a company, and the company needs money up front for materials, you should keep looking because if a company cannot afford to purchase the materials, do you really want to do business with that person or company?
