Big Dog Satellite Tv fraud company dont do business with them! twinfalls, Idaho

Anyone get calls from a company called "big dog satelite" representing "direct tv"? Hang Up. We were given the option by the Twin Falls store to cancel our dish network account and pay half And we were also given all new equipment, no installation, and almost $300 in coupons to pay the First few months of bills...sounds great right? Especially with us all trying to rebuild or repair credit In the economy. Especially since they check credit (access to s.s. #), and then of course people Coming to your house you don't know, and people who are at your housebgetting offered the same thing and you getting a supposed voucher for them signing up. They tell you to sign a paper saying your first bill is due in a month and your done. Easy right So that was the beginning to what turned into a nightmare...

I mailed my bill, to wake up about 10 days later with my service shut off. I called direct tv to find out The problem and they pretty much tell me I am 2 months behind and the coupons are false, which The lady seemed to think I made them or something and that you were to always pay a month ahead And that until I paid check or credit my service was done....

I was so mad at direct tv, I went and looked at the coupons because I figured she may just be rude And hate her job...so I searched over the coupons and low and behold they are nearly 5 months Old. I get I could take a little blame there not paying better attention, but what got me the most Was when my husband was able to reach a supervisor at direct tv, and he said the coupons had been. Discontinued and replaced by pre paid debit cards...well we all know what was happening...they were doing a scam, using old coupons and keeping the cards.
