Left with a Scar and Poor Service scar Wentzville Missouri

I have nothing to do with that other report. It looks personal or a fight between shops, i dont know. But I digress.....

I got my tattoo at Big Easy Tattoo's approx. 2 years ago. I went in to get a small celtic symbol on my upper middle back. The piece is 3inx3in (so fairly small to medium in size). The whole tattoo all in all should have taken about 45 minutes I would assume (based on all my other tattoing experiences) but this took over an hour because the artist took a break in the middle to go outside and smoke! I was appalled. He didnt ask he just said "one minut" walked out front and smoked, then came back in. I just found that in poor taste and service. 

In addition, my entire tattoo is one big scar, it is completely raised rigid. The lines are fine the work is okay but I am disappointed on how heavy of a hand he had resulting in a scar. 

This was my first (and last) time ever going to this shop.
