Okay, person who wrote the rebuttal ... Are you mentally ill ? Cause even a person with Down syndrome can clearly see all the wrong doings of big fish. The random bannings for absolutely no reason... Oh wait you said they must have a good reason.. Okay, well then .. THEY SHOULD TELL THE PERSON WHAT THAT REASON IS !!!! I have never in my life come across a company that will tell you you have done something wrong but won't tell you what it is and then goes ahead and says you are going to be ignored. Some people do things unknowingly ... Not knowing it's not allowed... NO big fish employees are SICK IN THE HEAD and have absolutely no idea how to treat their customers. An as for someone responding the way you did ... Your just as sick in the head as they are. I don't know what your problem is but keep your (((REDACTED))), twisted, opinion to your own mentally ill self. Their is absolutely nothing wrong with what this woman wrote and big fish does this all the time to players. No one cares if you don't believe it. So, go take out your anger on someone else... Perhaps someone that's actually in front of your face so they can slap you for being so stupid. 

 No YOU are lashing out because YOU think its unfair. So instead of accepting that either YOU or YOUR CHILD broke the terms of service, YOU go on a media outlet and bash them out of revenge. YOU have NOT been ripped off. YOU are just acting like a child who got caught and seeks to place the blame on THEM. People like YOU sicken me with that level of self entitlment!! So YOU did ABSOLUTLY NOTHING to break the terms of service THAT YOU DID NOT READ!!!HOW can you sit there and say that YOU are innocent of what THEY have accused YOU of when YOU couldnt even be bothered to read the terms of service?? THEY didnt just chose to ban YOU for no reason. SOMETHING was done by either YOU or YOUR CHILD that broke the terms of service. There are MILLIONS of app consumers out there but THEY wouldnt just ban you for no reason especially if YOU are a paying customer. YOU broke the rules, PERIOD!!!! Grow up and ACCEPT that it was due to YOUR ACTIONS that YOU were banned.
