I placed two orders within two hours of each other with Mark, early morning of Monday, November 5th . I specified that I needed the order to be here by Friday. He assured me it would and I placed the order. I was told that I would receive an email when my order had been processed and ready to ship. I never received said email.
I called Tuesday, November 6th, when I checked my email account and it still hadnt been received. He informed me that it should be there by 5p. I called back on Wednesday, November 7th, and was told that it should be in there later that day; when I called between the hours of 1p and 5p, I was unable to get an answer. I, then, sent an email to the address at the bottom of the websites page. All day Thursday, November 8th, I tried to call and I was not able to, once again, get an answer nor was my email from the following day answered, so I sent an email to Steven. Finally, Friday, November 9th, I was able to get in touch with Mark, who took my number and said that he would find out about my order. He never called me back, nor was there any answers to my emails, however, ironically, I was still able to receive sale announcements. My boyfriend called, because on Tuesday, his account was charged $60.01, the amount of my order, to find out what was going on. Mark told him that I would get my invoice with my merchandise and it should be in my email.
It is Wednesday, November 14th, and I still haven't recieved my order. Monday, November 12th, Steven wrote me to ask what name was the order under? I responded and hasn't heard from him since.
Could someone advise me on how to take legal actions against this company? It's about principle.

I wrote a report several weeks back,cant remember when. About not receiving an order I had ordered.I emailed them 14 times with no response. This is all TRUE. I have copies of all corspondance between both parties Out of 14 I received 2 responses. I was inquiring about different orders that after 1 week and not hearing from them or receiving the orders I wrote to them. They never responded so I keep writing. Twice I called no response. 1 week later I get a call and was told they would check into it. Weeks went by no response,so I emailed again with no response.Thats when I got mad and wrote the Rip off report. All this frustration and me writing this report could have cleared up all this if they had responded to my calls or my emails. Their support is terrible.Cant get anywhere on phone or in email.In the end I finally got a hold of someone and they said I had never finalized the order thats why it wasn't send. So why in the world couldn't they have saved me all this frustrated and just answered my emails?I am suppose to re track my statement I was told or face being sued for defamation.Well I say to Wholesale gopher:WHY DO YOU NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS? WHY DID YOU PUT ME THROUGH ALL OF THIS WHEN ALL IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN WAS FOR YOU TO CLEAR UP THIS MISUNDERSTANDING WAS ANSWER YOUR EMAils. I hope in the future you don't treat all your customers this way.OK wholesale gopher I have explained that the order wasn't sent because of a misunderstanding.But I will still stand by the fact(and I wont remove this statement) that all could have been avoided if you would answer customer emails.This rebuttal is from Louise Cohoon in Illinois. I dont remember when I last wrote to you.

On November 13th, they sent my mcdse via USPS, after I had emailed them about seeking legal help. They never called me to let me know that they were sending the package. Everything that I order was in there except two items, and from calculations I was not charged for. I still would not do business was this company.
