Big Management Holding, Inc. d/b/a Lindsey's Attic A Contention And Assertion Alleging Purposeful And Premeditated Actions That Contain And Exhibit Fraudulent, Unscrupulous, Misleading And Deceitful Business Practices That Are Being Perpetrated By A Consignment Shop On A Continued Basis Spanning Many Years Fort Myers Florida

Judging from not only my own recent painful experience, but from the outraged comments of other similary situtated.  I am but one of the dozens, if not hundreds or even thousands of individuals who have been taken advantage of by a consignment shop run by Ralf Behnert and his wife Jennifer Behnert, under the corporation Big Management Holding, Inc., doing business at Lindsey's Attic. located at 4527 Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral, Florida.  It is my considered opinion that their actions-which appear to be nothing short of their usual course of business-rise to the level of criminal behavior, specificaly fraud, grand larceny and the misappropriation of property entrusted to them by lawful owners thereof.

(Upon request I will furnish a copy of my initial letter forwarded to Lindsey's Attic, outlining my own dissastification with what I believe to be outright fraud committed by the Behnerts.  Since their receipt of my letter, they have attempted to buy my silence by sendng me two checks, the first in the amount of $537.10, and the second in the amount of $362.33, bringing the total amount I've received from them to date to only $1,081.52.  This is in exchange for items I consigned to them worth, by therir own estimates, in excess of $10,000, the vast majority of which have long since been sold by them in paid in full transactions.

Be assured that I am not merely an isolated, disgruntled consignor whose merchandise supposedly turned out to be worth far less in value as confidently suggested by Lindsey's Attic.  To prove my point, I also enclosed a small (but neither redacted nor "cherry-picked") sample of the posted feedback of other consignors.  Together these comments paint a picture of a business that seems totally predicated upon deceptive practices.  I believe there is no way to read these comments without concluding that this business is nothing short of a criminal enterprise, preying upon unsuspecting members of the public.
