Don't know how and I don't know when but one thing is for sure, they took money from me for a service that was not rendered and it's cost me my credit, my bank account and any chance of recovery from losing my husband to an auto accident and being the provider to our 3 children that only have me, and I, them.
I wish they would get on the ball and pass a law requiring some kind of written or oral authorization for these junkie fly by night con job business a plenty who once they get your credit card number will charge your account months down the line just because they can. Why? Because some how they have obtained your number somehow and when you have no clue they hit you blindsided and by then they have scored $100- $200 off you or more and your bank takes you for the rest of the ride and charges you outrageous bank fee's for every transaction you do because you thought you had money, you did deposit it.
But with these sidewinders and there unlawful practice they get in get your money and while your writing checks for necessities the bank see's it all unfold and don't put a stop to it but instead, send you a notice long after your account is up in smoke.
Why is it if I go to a department store and try to buy shoes for my child, but because the check I put in yesterday hasn't cleared to their satisfactory, My son walks away with no shoes. But if and obvious net scam builder wants money out of my account where there is none they give it over and over and over again and I'm not alerted until I go to deposit and find the $250 check I deposited, instantly turns to -$289.00

I actually subscribed to "reality kings" (Big Naturals is actually only 1 part of their site although it is supposed to look like a bunch of different sites). I unsubscribed, recieved confirmation, and yet they have tried to bill me again. I have not recieved a reply from these people about this issue. I have reported it to my bank and have had to get a new credit card which is a pain in the butt to me because of the 2 weeks I don't have that card. These people are bad news and just because you terminated membership to their site (which wasn't that great or I would still use it...) doesn't mean you are going to stop being billed.

I was going through bank statements from the last year and found charges against our account that are taken automatically on the same day each month by RKNETHELP.com.
I did a search and found this Report, then looked up the actual site. This is no rip-off. Someone who has access to your credit/debit card (I'll guess a son, brother, husband, boyfriend, etc.) has used it to order internet pornography, and RKNETHELP.com is a service made specifically to bill your card "discreetly."
If you go to the site and click the link: "Billing Questions/Cancel" and check the drop-down menu in Step 2: "What site did you join?" -I'LL WARN: It's more than X-Rated language - you'll see what I mean.
This is some service that WAS solicited. In my case, the service was never cancelled by the "offender" (whomever in my home used our card to do this), and so the charges continue to be made, though it was "discreetly billed" and so we cannot properly balance our ledgers.
In any event, my suggestion is to have a household meeting, let everyone know that charges are being made from RKNETHELP.com, and whomever subscribed for the service must cancel the subscription. If they don't... well, I'm still trying to figure that part out.
