Big Red Kia in Norman Ok lied to/disrespected/hung up on norman Oklahoma

 I bought a car and December 2015 it is now March I had to sign paperwork 4 times due to them losing shredding wrong Vin number...4th time they said they would put a remote start on my car for the trouble. I have then since been told by 5 different people they could do it closer to me .send a check to do it . And now the manager Devin who is very unprofessional and hung up on me while I was being professional tells me I have to drive 3 hours down there wait 3 hours to have it done and drive 3 hours back. I travel for work so that is impossible for me to just do that...they are trying to get out of what they agreed to on paper. Whatever you do ...Do not buy a car from them they are crooked and lie
