Complaint Nature of complaint: A sales presentation that misrepresents the product

Problem description: This company was great during the sales process as most car lots are. It was good and fast service as far as the purchase and getting me approved especially since I don't have the best credit. One thing I noticed before I bought it was that it looked like they opened the face part where the radio is. A couple other electrical components weren't working but I didn't care too much about those issues. I just wanted a good running car. A couple months later, I'm driving down the road and the transmission seems as if it were going out but managed to get it all the way home. I took it to the mechanic and he he said all fluids including transmission fluids were really low. He said check engine light should have come on a long time ago because this could have been prevented.

Now fluids are contaminated and they have to tear down transmission to see what problems there are now because of low fluids causing it to overheat. So basically I feel as if they tampered with wiring to hide a big issue to sell a car a 2005 Nissan Armada at 11000 with over 1200000 miles on it. I want every customer out there to beware and know who they're dealing with and that this company will screw you over just like the typical used car salesman would. I will never recommend this business and will be using the Internet and all avenues to make sure my voice is heard about this place. Since they can't do anything and sold it as is no warranty, I'm going to make sure their business suffers by word of mouth and the Internet.
