!!!RIPOFF BEWARE DAMAGE ALERT!!!
We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion Energi from Big Star Ford. When it was time for our first oil change, we took our car back to our dealer, Big Star Ford. When we got our car back, there was a BIG DENT all the way across our new car. Big Star Ford refused to fix it. We were blamed and they tried to make it our fault. REALLY! They refuse to fix it claiming pre-existing damage that showed up after they washed the car!?! Now our new car has a dent in the hood and we are stuck with it. We mean come on, really! We thought that Ford was a good brand. This is our seventh Ford in the last ten years. Now we have to lower the value of our trade because of the dent from taking our car in for dealer services. WOW Ripoff!
Beware we have a damaged car and they wont fix it. BUYER BEWARE!
