Big Star Ford Sold a Lemon refused to fix the car kept the car for 4 weeks with nothing done to it Manvel Texas

February I purchased a car I started to notice it was have some mechanical issues I followed protocal contacting the warranty company. They did not have my information after 6 weeks of the purchase of the car.  Upon the warranty companies advice I returned the car  back to the dealer for them to repair it. the car has been in their position for 4 weeks now. With no repairs having been done to it. I have certified mailed the dealer requesting my money back. After all this time has pssed I have found alternate means of transportation, the car is no longer needed.
