Big Tex Trailers / quaility isn't there Big Tex doesn't stand hehind waranty Mt Pleasent, Texas Nationwide

Bought a NEW Big Tec 10SR hydraulic dump trailer 12/29/14, $6500, used it 4 times. It's paylosd is 6660 LBS, I had 5200LBS in it once and 3 loads of 2600 LBS 3 times. if never lifted, my 60 year old a*s shoveled every single 5/8ths rock by hand. Took it back to dealer, on 1/5/15 who put in new ram.  got it back on 2/26 and stopped for a yard of gravel, (2600 LBS). unloaded that by hand. still didn't work, but in the process I noticed the "down" button raised the bed but only 12- 15 inches. I also noticed the frame was buckled and cracked. fresh cracks and some rust on bottom crack. Local frame and axle shop said can't be towed will rip apart and someone will die in the aftermath. A Big Tex dealer not to be mentioned as he was helpful, said its wired wrong, weak pump and this is Big Tex and dealer's repair, BUT Big Tex will turn it down and say I overloaded it to void the warranty. By golly guess what, after sending pictures and helping to fix my new trailer, Big Tex said it's MY fault for overloading it. 2 dealers and 2 sand and gravel yards who saw the trailer said no way. but Big Tex wrote me off. Dealer I bought it from hasn't called back as I figure the company "leaned" on them. My friend who's a certified welder (and d**n good) said it's trash, but could fix it although any work on hydraulics wont be covered by manufacturer. Won't anyway, they got my money, I'm not even a passing thought now.

 So I would be wary of the Big Tex reputation as a GOOD trailer, check every inch of it look for cracked paint, cracks in frame make sure hydraulics work and insist to have at least 6000LBS of sand or what ever loaded and dumped IN FRONT OF YOU, then think again about buying the future yard orniment. The warranty is written on paper floating in a Honny Bucket.
