Big Tuna Racing and Transportation , Big Tuna Transportation , Big Tuna Transport,Big Tuna Towing Big Tuna Salvage Damaged A Racing Boat while trailering it to an Event then denied all reponsibility then stopped answering the phone Fort Lauderdale Florida

Well I own a Retail business that sells high performance boats and high performance race boats in Pompano Florida,

I attend ALL the racing events across the country and have my own trailers and haulers to take my race boats to and from the racing events, This year I had 3 boats entered into the Super Boat Race event which was May 17-20,2018 at The Space Coast Super Boat Grand Prix in Cocoa Beach Florida.This year I was short 1 trailer and looked around for a reputable company to help me with my last boat,

I was referred to Big Tuna Transportation in Fort Lauderdale Florida ownd by John Mutton, I called and John Mutton seemed to be a nice guy,

We agreed on a price and he came by my facility in Pompano Beach, I should have know from the start that this person John Mutton and his Company Big Tuna Racing and Transportation was the WRONG company to hire to move this race boat ,but in a time constraint I went with him anyways, his trailer was not up to par, it was old not in good condition and I had thoughts of my boat coming off the trailer on the highway and losing a million dollar boat .

The appearance of Mr. Mutton himself should have told me to look else where, he was very overweight sloppy and obviously didnt take care of himself,but in my time constraint, I said a pray, he loaded my boat and off he went. During the time that my boat was in his possession I called a few times to ask about eta, arrival time,how the job was going, and he never answered the phone which made me have quit a bit of undue stress . The Big Tuna Racing Transport Truck arrived in Cocoa beach about 2 hours later than was expected ,I was at the race waiting and working on my boats for the race when he arrived, and thats when I noticed the damaged,

it appears that while being trailered to Cocoa Beach Big Tuna Transport must have had a traffic situation and stopped short very hard from a very high speed , my boat slid forward on the trailer damaging the drives, it was obvious at that point why Mr. John Mutton was 2 hours late to the race and didnt answer his phone because he spent 2 hours trying to slide my boat back down the trailer and resecure the tie down straps that were old and not functional enough to hold my boat in place on the trailer while  breaking very hard from a high speed.

Maybe he was eating or drinking while driving and didnt see the traffic slow down and breaked very late. He denied any wrong doing , acted like he didnt know what anyone was talking about, These race boats are handled with delicate care every scratch is noted and fixed, ALL repairs are done in my shop in Pompano , I am there everyday to oversee my business, I wouldnt put a million dollar race boat in a race , incure the expense of tranportation , fees,prepping etc on a race boat that wasnt Perfect to go.

The Damage was significant enough to see immediately and it was very obvious how the damage occurred, How John Mutton could deny any wrong doing furthers my belief that he CAN NOT be trusted in anyway !
