Bigalphadogs.com is a fraud website. I have bought product from this site that I have not received.

I am filing this complaint after googleing "Big Alpha Dogs Scam" and coming across report #445125 stating that people are having similar experiences with Big Alpha Dogs.com.

On the actual website, there are legitimate phone numbers as well as an order status check page where you can check the status of your purchases. I have used the contact information to check on the product I bought to no avail. The voicemail for BigAlphaDogs.com is a female voice saying, "I'm sorry we are not available to take your call, we are currently *stammering voice* a-a-assisting other customers at this time. If you leave your phone number, we will return your call as soon as possible **BEEP"

I left three voicemails, called a dozen times over a weeks span, and have emailed them at least 4 times. I have received NOTHING in response. I am definitely convinced especially after reading report #445125 that BigAlphaDogs.com is a major scam and fraudulent website. I will be calling my credit union today to report the fraud purchase, and hopefully get my money back. The sad thing is, I spent 140.00 on products that I will not receive from these immoral monsters of people.

I wonder if its possible to sue this company for attorney fees and the 140.00 they stole from me... I wouldn't mind forking over the money so that others don't have to experience what I experienced. This site needs to be investigated and deleted... people are getting screwed over because of them.
