On 8/12/09 I made the initial purchase and on 8/13/09 I recieved an invoice stating the product I purchased from them for $450.00 will be shipped in 4-7 days. On 8/25/09 I sent the company an email to their support email address (Support@BigDogToolz.com) asking if my product has been shipped and if not asked when it was going to be shipped.
8/26/09 a paypal dispute was opened and no respones.
8/27/09 I attempted to contact them using the number provided on the website (1888toolz4u) and that number sent me to a recorded message stating that "a customer service representative will call you back in 2 hours". No phone call back.
8/28/09 an additional email was sent attempting to contact them once more. Yet again, no response was sent.
I am over 2 weeks into this ordeal and have not once recieved any human contact from anybody from the company. My payment page still states "Will be shipped in 4-7 Days". I would NEVER suggest using this company.

Big Dog ToolZ, LLC is a company dedicated to providing high quality tools at the best possible price. The website contains a Policy page that highlights the working procedures including product availability and backorders. Credit cards are only charged when the ordered products are actually shipped and in most cases that is within 24 hours. PayPal customers should be aware of the process implemented by PayPal which applies funds immediately as sales are made.
During the last week of August we converted our phone system to a new service, perhaps a few calls were lost during the transition.
The shipping policies are listed below for review and are also clearly available on the website.
Shipping Policies:
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping applies to orders of products that are neither bulky nor in excess of 100 lbs. Shipping Times Items will be shipped based on inventory availability. All available items will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Saturday). Orders for items that are not currently in stock will be shipped as they become available. You will be notified, via email, of any items placed on backorder.
Back Orders
Items on backorder status will be updated every 7 days. Periodically, items remain on backorder for extended durations. Items on backorder for 21 days (three weeks) will be cancelled and either a refund will be granted (paypal) or the credit card will not be charged. Items may remain on extended backorder with mutual agreement via email.
