We hired Sarah Bigelow to photograph our wedding June 16,2012.  We were supposed to recieve 100+ professionally edited photos along with all the unedited photos.  We recieved the first 100+ (EDITED?) photos and had to complain to get the unedited photos.  On the (EDITED?) photos all we could tell was edited was the color, from color to black and white.  We saw no evidence of cropping things out of the photo which obviously by looking at them made them unframeable, which basically turned them into snapshots. 

  We got very few photos that were framable and werent happy with them they because they still needed editing.  Sarah stated that she doesnt do alot of dramatic editing on her photos.  So we asked for enough of a refund to cover having them edited to our satisfaction.  Then Sarah informed me that I didnt have the right to have them edited.

 These VERY SPECIAL photos they are of our wedding, a situation you cannot recreate and reshoot to satisfaction.  Sarah has been very difficult in coming to a solution and most aggressive in her emails.  As of now we are at a stand still, looks as if we may have to let the judge decide.  You would think a photographer would understand the seriousness of a once in a lifetime chance to capture photos at an event such as ours and if the customer is not happy, do all that is in their power to make them happy.

Oh Sarah has never once offered to sit down and edit them herself to our liking. She has spent plenty of time arguing with me as to what she is not going to do. Thanks for reading
