Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone! I have a site that I'm having trouble with and it is Biggestdollars.com This is what I recieved as a reply to what there payout policy was!!! It plainly states on there website when you signup that there is no minimum payout for free members and no downline required, but I have requested over and over for an answer to my questions and this is all I have recieved in over three months of trying!
