Biggs TV Owner was verbally abusive, used profanity and made numerous threats to sell my property, owner acted irrational Deltona, Florida

Our big screen TV went out, we took it to Biggs Tv for an estimate. He called with an estimate and we explained that we were in the process of getting our air conditioning replaced, we then made arrangements as to when we could pay for and pick up the Tv, because it would be an extended time. The owner was fine with these plans.

Approximately two weeks later the owner called early on a saturday morning and stated that if we did not come pick "this d**n tv" up he would have someone there the following tuesday to take it. I tried several times to calm the man down and he became more threatening and verbally abusive. he said that his policy was after 90 days the tv is his, I reminded him of our original agreement and he stated that there was a four dollar a day storage fee, I told him he could not change the rules as he went along. I called him back a while later to see if I could reason with him and he threatened to call the police.

The following week we attempted to call repeatedly and got no answer at the business, a week later we got in contact with the owner and he once again threatened to have someone take the tv or sell it to someone, I advised him that he still had to go through the proper legal channels and he stated that "his attorneys are on it".

We picked up the Tv and the owner was verbally abusive to my wife and yelled at her, upon payment he told her to get the Tv out of his shop and advised her "if all of his customers were like you people, I would close shop". All the while his russian wife is telling my wife not to upset him because he recently had a heart attack. The owner is a tyrant and a bully who changes the rules as he goes and is verbally abusive, he cussed at my wife and her friend with my daughter present.

When my wife picked the Tv up she observed scratches on the frame that had not been there before, when she braught this to his attention he became even more irrate and irrational and told her "dont even try to start something".
