I am astonished this company is in business.  Had I read a few of the reports on them before using them I never would have and would be riding today.  I've ordered parts and accessories from online motorcycle parts stores several times in the past and never waited more than 7 days for something to arrive and that was a special order item.  I ordered a battery and oil from BikeBandit.  After 10 days my order had not arrived.  I used their chat system and was told when the oil got to them it was damaged and had to be returned to the manufacturer.  They were waiting for them to send the replacement and that was holding my order up.  That was the first red flag.  What parts store does not stock oil?  I asked them to cancel the oil and send the other items.  This took another 5 days to deliver.  I finally get the order and get my bike ready for the road.  Not long after - maybe a week - I'm riding and the battery literally explodes.  This was on a Saturday.  Monday comes and I go into chat with BikeBandit again to report what happened with the battery.  I'm told a replacement would be sent to me and I'd receive an email with tracking information.  I'm expecting a 5 day wait so when the 7th day rolled around I'm in chat with them again.  Turns out they had not processed the replacement until the 7th day.  Apparently they can't process such things without a manager's approval and that person was on vacation for a week. Are you flippin' kidding me?  Second red flag.  Here it is the end of another week and battery still has not shipped.  This is not good business practice.  If my bike breaks down and BikeBandit it the only place to get the parts and I can't buy an new bike, I'll quit riding.  This is absolutely ridiculous.
