On 08/27/18 my husband and I purchased transmission from them and we paid with credit card(1300$). After we brought transmission to Michigan, mechanic that worked on our car informed us that transmission is broke(does not work) and it has more miles that they claimed. After we talked to bilderback’s we were informed that they don’t do refunds only exchanges but there was one problem they didn’t have another transmission in stock for diesel dodge sprinter. After going back and forth we agreed on return and full refund once they receive their transmission back. Shipping was arranged and shortly after they received transmission back. After that they start ignoring us we were told on numerous occasions that management is not available and someone will call us back. As of now we are told that management is on vacation and they are not sure when they will be back. Buyers be aware they will rip you off. You return product and still don’t get your refund.
