I purchased a new 2007 Dodge ram 3500 4X4 pickup truck in December 2007. It was discovered this truck had a used rebuilt engine in it. Oil leaks caused damage to two driveways, and trucks paint was scratched so bad it had to be buffed out and a tephlon coating put on. Cost of an attorney to sort this problem out. Wasted fuel correcting problems. Phone cost to resolve this problem. I had no other choice than to obsorb the cost on my own.
I was damaged and want to be made whole. Buckner Dodge refused to make me whole, and blame it on Chrysler LLC factory to justify my claim for damages. I agreed to settle this duspute for my cost of $ 4,000.00. I spoke with the owner Don Ozvitt and he denied my claim.
I have over 75 emails and daily phone calls as proof to Buckner Dodge since December trying to resolve this problem. I need your help in this matter, and pray you can help make me whole again.

I was a technician at bill buckner dodge and the vehicle in question had a new factory engine installed due to a recall, the technician who installed the engine made a mistake and bent the timing cover causing a leak and it was fixed as per the warranty but it doesn't cover property damage such as driveways. if the vehicle was leaking oil, it should not have been parked in the driveway let alone two. that is the owners responsibility.
