Bill Chang fradulently charged a Nokia 8800 Cell Phone to my paypal account , 05-09-08. fortunately, Paypal caught the transaction and notified me, hopefully in time to stop the charge. I canceled my debit card immediately. I would love to see him prosecuted as I see he has tried to do it to others
