I suspected that merchandise was being sold from stolen unpaid stock. The Cook county states attorneys office suggested that we setup the company with a third party buyer. 
The item purchased, a surftech standup paddle board, was listed on bay with a link to the company website. We sent an email to the owner, a deal was struck outside of Ebay....that means he also ripped off Ebay from receiving fees.
The board was purchased and paid for by credit card and delivered in the company truck to a parking lot in Chicago.
A few days after the sale, I contacted the board distributor to see if they received money for the board. It was not paid. The company that shaka water sports is affiliated with and that was being billed for the items that they did not have, was also never reimbursed.

Shaka Water sports has been selling merchandise since November 2010 and has never paid for the equipment.
