I nearly fell off my chair when searching for Bill Knell in Google and coming across one of your reports. Bill Knell the scammer......was this the same Bill Knell that I listened to in awe on reputable radio stations. Was this the same Bill Knell whose book I'd downloaded and whose word I trusted. Surely not.....

Oh yes - the scammer was indeed the extremely well known Bill Knell. One clever scammer with both balls and attitude who has not only duped the general public but 3rd party companies and reputable media personalities alike. I live in the UK and in March 2008 I ordered three paranormal dvds for my son's birthday from http://www.theufoguy.com. The total cost was 27.69 and was paid for in full. No dvds were received. I'm just relieved I did not spend any more money!!!

Over the past year I have written 22 e-mails to CCNow, the company who these thieves, calling themselves Gothic Moods traded through. CCNow were most helpful and told me that to the best of their knowledge the goods were exported from the United States "in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations". When they still did not arrive CCNow suggested I contact Gothic Moods direct via their e-mail address of cathknell@cox.net. I first thought, oh how nice, it must be Bill's wife or daughter and they are a family business.....I trusted that they'd be sure to help me get my dvd's delivered. My e-mail to this woman was returned with the reason: recipient rejected. I even contacted the postal service in both the UK and US. I then contacted Bill Knell through his billknell.com site and wrote him a really nice letter explaining the situation, however I was not surprised to receive no reply.

I complained one final time in October, 2008 to CCNow, as they were my only contact, to let them know I was still trying to find out what had happened to my dvd's. They wrote back apologising for the inconvenience but they said that due to the age of the order it is "outside our influence as a 3rd party processing service to pursue support on your behalf".

By then I'd practically given up and decided to either put it down to experience or to contact Watchdog, a UK consumer TV programme who deal with these matters. Last week however (20th Jan 2009) I discovered that every single link to Bill Knells sites were unavailable. I was trying again to find Bill Knell sites again today (24th January, 2009) when I came across 'Ripoff Report'. I'm so glad to have found this site and I just hope he gets caught. It goes without saying to say to you all to avoid any Bill Knell 'products' like the plague and to be careful - who knows what alias's he goes under.
