Bill Lange, Harbour Funding, RC Realty & Associates, Prime Finance Group Hoax real estate deal, sham escrow agents, con man, liar, fraudster, false promises, BL openly admits he has taken deposit monies which were in an escrow account and invested it elsewhere, BL is openly smug about inviting us to sue him but that it will only delay the return of our money Washington

Bill Lange (FRAUDSTER); real estate transaction entered into in 2008 to build residential properties in Missisippi. Deposit funds of $60,500 were sent to Prime Finance Group plc in early 2009 who then released the deposit money to R C Realty & Associates, affiliated with Harbour Funding, when the escrow agreement clearly stated that the deposit money was to be held in an escrow account, and this would be whilst mortgage funding was being obtained.

To date, mortgage funding has not been provided and the depost monies are no longer in the escrow account and Bill Lange has repeatedly said that the money has not been sent back to him as it is "somewhere else" but then gives us bogus dates by which it should be returned to us. Surprise surprise, the money has not turned up yet and he then has the audacity to say that we can sue him but that it will only delay the return of the deposit money!

This crook and his associates need to be put behind bars and are currently under investigation, Bill Lange is nothing more than a thief, and justice will prevail, this man can no longer escape the law!

These residential deals are a smoke-screen for nothing more than a scam by him and all those associated with him, STEER CLEAR OF THESE TYPES OF DEALS !
