Bill Matrix Entex unreliable and unresponsable Dallas Texas

On April 22, 2009 I made a payment by credit card for gas to be turn on in my home, when I called I was told that the payment had to made to bill matrix I then called bill matrix made the payment afterwords, I told that I had to call center point back and give them a confermation number when I did I was told that there was no legal address for my house and to cancel the payment I had just made, so I did. Bill matrix told me that it would take a few days which was understandable. It has now been a month and bill matrix is claiming that they have sent my money back to my bank and they also claim to have a tracking number but my bank has not of yet to receive this money.Bill matrix was reliable and responable for 92.95 and now claiming it to be none of their concern it is sad that you cant trust these companies with your hard earned money and expect them to do right if something goes wrong when its in their hands. I believe that this money should be refunded to me by the whome hands it was in.
