You receive an e-mail stating you have unclaimed money in your name. You go to the website, and they let you search your full name for free. The results come back using your full name that you have a large amount of money that is unclaimed. You pay your money to claim this amount, and when you do, you search again, only to discover your not that person, but you could be because they used your initials!
So everyone with the same initials they add up the total and say you have $24,000 dollars unclaimed. It's misleading, and it's a scam. You put your name in the search, and the results tell you that you have $24,000 dollars of course your going to pay the $11.00 to claim it. Do not waste your time or money. Please beware! After the disappointment, I realized they sign you up automatically on some subscription taking funds out of your account thru paypal.
I wouldn't have known that until months later if I didn't request a refund thru paypal. They are investigating, the company or Bill Mcintosh as 10 days to respond. So far no word, I'm just so lucky that I took it a step further because these scam artist would've had more money from me every month! I read there terms and disclosures.
They will not refund any monies paid for subscription. If you get e-mails saying you have unclaimed cash, do not be ripped off by these people.

I received my money back with no problem through paypal. The bogus company didn't dispute the charges. The main thing is to inform everyone about this company, and the outcome is that, I was determined to get my money back and did!!

This is the letter I received from them taking no responsibility. None of this junk was on the orginal e-mail sent to me. She didn't say anything about refunding my money, but I'm waiting to hear from paypal. I haven't responded to this reply yet. She doesn't comment on the fact that the search is misleading, and how to claim any funds, because they don't exist.
Hello Nikki,
Your account has been cancelled successfully. You will not be re-billed. If you are talking about the subscription terms, you are suppose to read those BEFORE you sign up. People that do read the terms cancel the same day that they subscribe, others who don't read them act just like you. They are angry and feel we took them , not true. You are also suppose to have the warnings about renewal on your receipt that PayPal sends to you. Even though you cancel you still have access for the rest of the 30 days.
When you ordered the subscription the Paypal payment page had the following terms printed on them before you confirmed and sent in your payment.:
"Subscription Terms: $11.00 USD per 30 days"
Paypal also printed above the "Pay" button the following explanation:
"Subscription Details
Your subscription will automatically renew at the rates stated above unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period."
All the best,
Heidi
