Bill Pierre Money Mart Pierre Money Mart Promised that my horrible credit due to being in abusive relationship got just as abusive when told "NO" not what we discussed at all! But the topper was sent home with someone elses credit report! Everett, Washington

I am in a very bad spot. Trying to escape a emotionally, socially, financial and to me sexual relationship with now ex-husband. He ruined my credit, and I have the repo man stalking me up the street (another report I need to file is how Capitol One Auto allows their collection efforts). I have seen advertisements all over the tv for years and is a very large dealership that specializes in people with bad credit. I do believe that they wouldn't be still in business if all sales people were as sleezy as one I got. He got abusive when told him no can't come up with extra $500, he already got another 1k out of me. I have a car that is upside down so no equity and the ex is on the car so have to get some $5k car and put down $2k and pray it's reliable enough to make it through till my broken foot that I thought was just sprained and by the time got to Dr (oh so sweet of ex to drop my medical insur also).
Anyways, to start the saleman polite and followed up with me like he should have to get me in the door of very tough job, then he asked me for more money than I could come up with and text my friend who can rebuild a car from top to bottom and buys cars with no problems, he text me "walk out he's rippen you off" I got there about 3 and a "quick just drop off documents turned into 4 hrs of hell. He started throwen documents at me, asked me to log onto a I guess empty computer in middle of showroom to get 3 months of bank statements since don't have paystub I have taken leave of absense to take car of me and two teens ( 14 & 16 yo) plus a 17 yo that has Autism and lives in group home :( then he asked me to print up a utility bill or something that showed I lived at residence like cell bill. I told him won't give you the info cuz the acct is totally secure but he insisted. I started to do so and someone elses name was still logged on! He said her fault she didn't log off. I felt like my ex was standing in front of me when I said "No, can't do and now since nobody knows where I am they are texting me scared for me because I am supposto be at a DV meeting now it's 6:36 pm!" He got angry and said my friend who wouldn't loan me more money was more controlling and that sounded worse that "concerned" him due to situation I was in!!!!Wow, he's 6'4 250 lbs and I am 5'4 and due to all stress have lost weight that should be 113 down to 103lbs. I am proud of myself for becoming livid and not wilt like before after 19 yrs of belittling and always my fault with other ex had effected me. 2 yrs going on 3 now due to salesman will need more counseling again. I could fight or give in and was shaking but told him off. Another employee witnessed whole event and urged me to tell GM (he was just boss on at time not the real GM Curt Bush who did call me and explained it all to me. 
I had to demand all my original paperwork back from him. So by the time got home my kids worried along with many others it was 8:30 and entire back and ankle spasming. I waited a day because so angry and wanted to remain professional and not let the F bomb fly like I noticed a poor Mommy of two very small toddlers complain she was there for 4 hrs and they were just getting to end of process. There were no toys in waiting room for kids, and of course the tv on ESPN. I changed it.
So I look over all the papers that he returned to make sure all was there and the credit report looked smaller and there was no highlighted areas like "Joe" did. That's because IT WASN"T MINE!!!! OMG big freak out who and where is mine with my ssn and addr, I am or was protected per the DV laws and privacy laws. On Sat (went in Thurs 02/02/12) I called and got somebody who I asked for GM and he was out. I gave a brief msg and he assured me would get to him.
After no response I emailed him and he called me asap on Monday. I said was still confident that could work a deal out with him at another dealership in Everett which is a lot closer than the 30 mi each way one I did orig. He really didn't say much about the credit report which made me suspicious that was trying to sweep under carpet. 
On my way to the dealership stopped at a small nice dealership just to look and they don't work off commission so no pressure. He was shocked and said tell the Atty Gen (I happen to have the Asst to Attorney Gen himself because of God above and the mess the ex is pulling) and that there is a $50k fine to let someones credit report get into someone elses hands! He urged me to contact the Atty Gen.
I think Bill Pierre owes me a car at the cost they traded it in for if this is correct?
