Bill Thomas is the owner of "Green Home Solutions" located in Norwalk, CT. This company used to be called "Home and Flooring Solutions, LLC" but they lost their state license due to all of the many complaints filed against them.

This man and his bogus company have NEGATIVE credit. They cannot take credit cards, and they prey on innocent consumers who give them big deposits for them to 'buy the materials' but often, as was in my case, they take your money and run.

They will play aggressive mind games, and will be hostile, abusive, and criminal in their behavior to have their way with you.

They have NO CREDIT with any of the wholesalers and they are forced to be "cash and carry" guys who have run out of options with their own suppliers. That is why they demand big deposits and cannot take credit cards... they themselves are bad credit risks!

This horrible man has now re-emerged as a "Green" remodeler. He is a fraud.
He has so many unhappy past victims in his wake that it is unbelievable that this guy is not in jail.

The only "Green" this guy sees is the green money that he can steal from you.

Check out the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and the many complaints against him. The Better Business Bureau has him listed as "unsatisfactory." And he also has several law suits against him under both his personal name and "Home and Flooring Solutions, LLC."

He is so deceitful that he keeps changing his name. So look under "Home and Flooring Solutions" when you do your research. He also has law suits under his wife's name as an alias: Jacqui Jaques. He will go by "Bill Jaques."

Unbelievable, and Horrible.

He stole money from me and caused unthinkable harm to many innocent homeowners.
