Many of you are aware of the defamatory claims anonymously posted on the internet by a

disgruntled investor. The complaints are disguised to be purportedly filed by multiple individuals

and legitimate investigation firms, but fail to disclose their identity because of the false and

malicious nature of those claims and their exposure to liability.

As part of our recent legal proceedings, the court has found that this investor's complaint of

alleged fraud is without merit. Inasmuch as I attempt to ignore this belligerent and heretical internet

stalking, it is nevertheless detrimental to my businesses and more importantly, the personal

sanctity of my family. We are pursuing legal action against this investor for defamation, false light,

intentional interference with prospective economic relations, deceit and fraud.All of you know the heavy regret we bear for your entrusting us with your valued investment

through those dire economic conditions. We are deeply grateful for those of you that have
